Mr. Kawaljit Singh Dhami has more than 30 years of experience in consulting, business planning and managing various engineering industries specially in gold mining operations as project head . He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with MBA in Operations management and also holds Six sigma master black belt certification.
Mr. Ramanjit Singh Dhami

Mr. Ramanjit Singh Dhami has an extensive experience. During his more than 25 Years career, he fulfilled various management roles.Mr Ramanjit Singh Dhami has 21 years of experience in international trade, food processing and food retail as CEO. He has been instrumental in operationally restructuring businesses. He is advisor to many private equity and financial institutions.
Mr. Shankar Gouda
Director (Metallurgy)
Mr. Shankar Gouda is very reputed metallurgist with dynamic track record in extraction of precious element mining. He has obtained over 50 years of experience in the beneficiation of gold, silver, platinum, copper, lead, rare earth metals, scheelite, and other ores while working for Hutti Gold Mining Co. Limited. He is expert on providing his expertise for setting in-house testing facilities and laboratories for exploration and production control. He is an Knelson Concentrator expert on providing calibrations for improved recovery based on ore type and gold distribution. He have collaborated with the Dept of Biotechnology, IISC Bangalore for setting up a Bio-reactor and bio leaching at Hutti.
Mr. Apsar Mia

Mr. Apsar Mia is an experienced Mining engineer with more than 4 decades of experience in Hutti Gold Mines Co. Limited. He is a seasoned mining expert with exceptional insights in hard rock mine planning, organizing and implementing. His core competencies involves underground shaft sinking, ore extraction ,sand stowing, primary & secondary developments, stope developments, large and hole stopes, manual, semi-mechanized and mechanized mining, ventilation and rock mechanics, opening of abundant & discontinuation of mines. He is excellent man manager and administrator.
Mr. Shanth Kumar
Technical Director (Mining & Geology)
Mr. Shanthkumar is a reputed Geologist and has served Hutti Gold Mines Co. Ltd., a large Mechanized deep metal underground mining for four decades. He has worked in various statutory posts from Mine Foreman to Agent of the mine.He worked as HOD & guided a team of 54 Mining Engineers/Officers with sincerity to the company. His area of expertise includes interpretation of Geological data, Mine planning for better grades, ore extractions, ore calculations etc. During his tenure, the company increased its production from 800 tpd to 1600 tpd with a total workforce of 4300 all in all. During his tenure, the mine was nominated twice for National Safety Awards from Hon’le President of India in 2017.
Mr. Krista Naik

Mr. Krista Naik has a vide experience in Engineering, Metallurgy and mining in India and oversees. In his career spanning over 32 years, he has worked in various capacities in the Hutti Gold Mines Co. Limited.His area of expertise includes, installation and maintenance of various engineering equipment including 100TPH mill, Knelson concentrator, HRT etc. He has held key management position including of Head of Technical. He has built technical team of different discipline Officers of Mechanical, Metallurgy and mining for company projects execution and Development. Mr. Krista Naik has led major project executions like 100 TPH Ball Mill Project.
